Power Allies Presents
A movement of men showing up for men.
The Allies is a community and a movement — real, in-person connection for the men in it, and a better answer for the young men watching. The antidote to the manosphere.
What The Allies Is
The Allies is a community and a movement. One faces inward, to the men in it. The other faces outward, to the young men watching.
A Community
Men showing up for men — as friends, and as a community, helping one another in their personal and professional lives. Real connection, built in person, with people who know your name.
A Movement
An antidote to the manosphere — the online world teaching boys a hostile version of manhood — met with something better: grown men modeling healthy behavior in plain sight.
Where It Started
"How can I help you?"
In August 2023, Kelly Slattery launched Power Ladies from a Venice garage with 35 women and one intention: build a community of people who genuinely help one another. Today the Power Allies network is more than 1,300 members across 12 global chapters — and The Allies brings that same spirit to men.
The question that anchors every community in the network — and the ethos of Active Helping behind it.
Why Now
Young men are more isolated than any generation on record — and connection is the mechanism that turns it around.
Men reporting no close friends, 1990 to today.
Share of U.S. suicide deaths that are men — half the population (CDC).
Boys aged 11–17 who encounter manosphere content online.
The Allies answers with presence, not lectures: real men, in real rooms, showing what healthy looks like.
The Athlete Ambassadors
The Athlete Ambassador program brings together accomplished athletes who model emotionally intelligent masculinity — men who lead with connection, accountability, and service, both on and off the field. When they show up and demonstrate that strength and emotional openness belong together, it changes what's possible.
Connection
Leading with relationship, not dominance — friendship as strength.
Accountability
Owning the standard, on the field and off it.
Service
Showing up for others — the heart of the network's ethos.
The Inaugural Ambassadors
Six University of Arizona football players — the first Athlete Ambassadors of The Allies. Being first takes courage.
More athletes and notable names — to be revealed closer to the night.
The Launch
A night of community — leaders who want to see the change, and be the change.
The Room
Notable athletes and celebrities, members of The Allies and Power Ladies, community partners, and press — 51 floors above downtown LA.
The Program
The inaugural Ambassadors and other notable athletes and celebrities, celebrated on and off the stage — with and amongst community. The movement's first night.
The Movement
The showcase of healthy masculinity — put on stage, in plain sight, by the leaders young men already look up to.
The Power Allies Network
The Allies is one part of a growing network — all united by an ethos of Active Helping.
The founding women's community — 1,300+ members, chapters from LA to Montreal and Lisbon.
The men's community and movement — launching its Athlete Ambassadors October 17.
